Our group, Signal Transduction and Cancer, is particularly interested in knowing the precise role of the protein KSR (Kinase Suppressor of Ras), as a component of the route of señalizción of proto-oncogene Ras, as well as its regulatory action on the route Ras/Raf/MEK / ERK, within the multiprotein complex consisting of the cascade signalling MAPK (c-Raf-1, MEK and ERK), of Thermal Shock proteins (HSP90, HSP70, HSP68 and p50CDC37), proteins of the family 14-3-3, and subunits ß of Protein G among others.
